DC breaker switchesDe primaire functie van onze 1kV solid-state DC-schakelaar is het onderbreken van hoge vermogens-kortsluitstromen binnen microseconden. Hiermee worden de dramatische gevolgen van een kortsluiting voorkomen. De Astrol DC breaker switch is gebaseerd op moderne en krachtige halfgeleidertechnologie. Het garandeert een betrouwbare bescherming tegen kortsluitstromen in elk deel van het net en stelt de systeemintegrator in staat om op de meest flexibele manier selectiviteit te bereiken. De 1kV-versie maakt gebruik van 3.3kV Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBT) en diodemodules, zodat zelfs een nominale DC spanning van 1.500V geen probleem is.
